SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE CULTURE
One of the female members of staff responsible for administrative matters at Caretta+Weidmann says: «I wouldn‘t want to work for a company where the staff do not have mutual respect for each other. We‘re used to giving each other honest feedback and not only when things go wrong. That‘s important for me, even more important than the regular festivities where we all have a good time». Her colleague then goes on to say that Caretta+Weidmann is not one of those companies that incessantly emphasise how much they owe their staff but, at every opportunity, give them the feeling of being nothing other than an unpleasant cost factor. «Slacking again?», moans Bruno Caretta as he rushes by, and laughs out loud.
